He knew what would sell, when it would sell, and how much to sell. He's also very friendly and easy to talk to and seems to know everything going on in the neighborhood. Tom was always available and always responsive to our questions. His use of DotLoop made reviewing and signing documents a breeze and without hassles. He helped us feel comfortable throughout the entire prepping/selling process. We never felt pressured to make a choice we didn't feel right. We have worked with other realtors on previous sales and spoke with a few for this listing, & it was evident from our first meeting that this was a realtor who was willing to work for and with us to get our home sold. He was mindful of our feelings--it is nearly impossible to not have some emotional investment in a property as the seller--while keeping us on track and realistic in our expectations. He got our home sold quickly and at a great price in a neighborhood that was a little difficult and a time (we listed over the holidays--GULP!) that was not ideal. He is able to look at homes and pinpoint specific points that will either detract or add to the value, while accurately determining how much a home is worth with precision accuracy. Tom’s understanding of the local market is second to none. It seems as if he knows every nook and cranny of Tampa Bay like the back of his hand. By just asking, he can tell you how far you are to the office, school, or major attractions. He can tell you the rating on the local school or where to grab a bite to eat. Tom is one of the most responsive people I’ve ever met. There was not a single call or email that was missed, and he almost always responded immediately. As first-time home buyers, this was incredibly comforting. Finally, and most importantly, Tom cares deeply for the people he serves, and he’s as honest as they come. I would recommend him to anyone relocating to the area or buying a home. He is truly one of a kind.

It was time for us to move as a military family. An added stressor that I definitely didn’t see coming was a worldwide 🌎 pandemic. I mean why not stir the pot a little? Ohhh yes and we finally decided to BUY our first house🤷🏼‍♀️. That there my friends is the perfect storm of uncertainty. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable buying a house at a very unsettling time. We were so comfortable with him that we bought our house sight unseen other than what Tom saw of it and a 3D view. It was nerve-wracking and very stressful considering we put 5 other bids on houses that didn’t work out. Clearly, our disadvantage was we weren’t in the area to see the house. Thankfully, Tom went above and beyond to show any house we desired to see and was always a phone call away no matter the time.
